Instructions for use :
This is a ready-to-use cold sauce. You can also use it hot as a seasoning. Take 2/3 of the jar and sauté in a little olive oil. Mix with spaghetti cooked “al dente”. This sauce is also delicious with a fish dish garnished with boiled potatoes, or with a platter of raw vegetables and hard-boiled eggs. It is also exquisite as an aperitif toaster.
