Brandade aperitif with summer truffles
Instructions for use :
This delicious cod sauce is recommended as a hot or cold starter. It is excellent spread on warm slices of toast… You’ll get an excellent starter that you can accompany with a few leaves of Lamb’s lettuce and Rouquette salad seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar… To surprise your guests, we also suggest you offer it spread on our small plain Croûtons, as a variation on our Tapenade Noire, our Sauce Collioure and our Anchoyade, for an Apéritif like in the South of France.
