Instructions for use : Along our Mediterranean coasts, we eat Aïoli mainly with shellfish or fish. This sauce with the flavors of the Sétois region goes deliciously well with our Fish Soups and Prepared Dishes. You can also use it to accompany our Bulots en Court Bouillon, our Plats de Moules et Encornets farcis (stuffed mussels and squid dishes), Seiche à la Provençale or à la Basquaise (cuttlefish Provençal or Basquaise style), etc., after binding it with the sauce. This sauce is also exquisite with shellfish, especially shrimps. Our Aïoli can also be toasted as an aperitif.
