To enjoy this soup, one of the most concentrated fish soups on the market, pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan with a pot’s worth of water. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly. For a Mediterranean feast, serve piping hot with our garlic croutons topped with our Sétoise rouille.
