Fish soup concentree brasserie
Instructions for use :
FOR 1 ASSIETTE (5 x 1 Portion). Pour the contents of the can into a saucepan, add 2 cans of water, delaying well to ensure even mixing of the fish fiber, then heat over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve piping hot in a soup tureen with our Croûtons Aillés topped with our Rouille Sétoise with fresh eggs and grated cheese for a Mediterranean-style presentation.Variation: For a soup with a lighter consistency, add 3 cans of water. In keeping with tradition, add a handful of chopped spaghetti for a refined blend.
