Rillettes de Maquereaux are ready to eat. They’re the perfect accompaniment to your aperitifs, whatever the season. Simply spread them on a few slices of toast for a sea-flavored aperitif, or serve them on slices of toasted bread on a bed of green salad. Serve chilled.
