Instructions for use :
Preparation tips for 4 to 6 plates: Mix this Brandade with mashed potatoes, adding a little butter and milk if necessary. Place the mixture in a dish. Sprinkle your dish with grated cheese and bake au gratin for 1 minute. Serve this Brandade Parmentier with our Croûtons topped with our Tapenade Noire.
