Instructions for use :
Ready-to-use sauce. Reheat the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes. You can then coat all your fish with it, as well as potatoes, pasta or rice. You can also use it as a base for cooking fish or shellfish for a few minutes, for an American-style preparation, just like in the Sétois region.
