Serving suggestions: Ready-to-use sauce. Cold, it goes deliciously with a fish dish garnished with boiled potatoes, with a platter of small raw vegetables, or as toast for an aperitif. It can also be eaten hot: sauté the contents of the jar in a base of olive oil, then add spaghetti cooked “al dente” and Parmesan cheese.
