Crayfish bisque flambé with cognac
Instructions for use :
FOR 3 TO 4 DISHES Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan, bring to the boil and serve in a tureen with our Garlic Croûtons and Rouille Sétoise. Our Bisque can be used with crème fraiche. It is excellent as a sauce for all your fish and shellfish and can also be used diluted (half the volume of the jar of water).
