Our fresh egg mayonnaise is ready to use. We recommend it to accompany meat, fish, shellfish and raw vegetables. You can use it with as many cold or hot dishes as you like. It’s particularly excellent with shellfish, such as our Bulots en Court Bouillon. This sauce is the perfect accompaniment to any dish.
