Our Rillettes de Rascasse “Façon Tatin” is made with respect for taste and tradition. Ideal as an aperitif spread on slices of warmed toast or on our crispy Navettes. A variation on “Apéro-Trempette”™ with our Craquantes “Trempettes”.
