Traditional cod brandade parmentier
Instructions for use :
Serving suggestions: In a small, brush-oiled gratin dish, spread our brandade (recipe with parsley) in an even layer, make a few scratches on the top with a fork and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven at 210° for 15 minutes to reheat and brown the surface.
